I found a few interesting applications filed within the last week (click mark for USPTO records):
- HARBOWL – for T-shirts, shirts, sweatshirts; caps, hats
- BRO-BOWL – for Short-sleeved or long-sleeved t-shirts; T-shirts; T-shirts for hats
- HarBowl – for Athletic apparel, namely, shirts, pants, jackets, footwear, hats and caps, athletic uniforms; Children’s and infant’s apparel, namely, jumpers, overall sleepwear, pajamas, rompers and one-piece garments; Hats; Short-sleeved or long-sleeved t-shirts; T-shirts; T-shirts for sale
- MY HARBAUGH IS BETTER THAN YOURS! – for Athletic apparel, namely, shirts, pants, jackets, footwear, hats and caps, athletic uniforms; Hooded sweatshirts for adults, children, women, men
Note that none of these applicants do not appear to be either of the Harbaugh brothers or the NFL. Only one of the applicants filed with the assistance of an attorney, and another one appears to be an attorney herself.
Do you think any of the three will end up becoming registered?
