I feel the responsibility to continue to warn about scams that use publicly available addresses from the USPTO database and send "invoices" and other misleading notices to trademark owners. Even though I have written about them many time, its bears repeating: beware of these scams, and note that any important correspondence should come from the USPTO (Alexandria, Virginia and uspto.gov domain) or your attorney.
