Great food abounds in Hong Kong. I took some pictures. I even stumbled upon a local place with a funny name – Under Bridge Spicy Crab – that Anthony Bourdain has visited! And I found two fancy coffee shops – one took a half hour to prepare our beverages as the barristas picked out imperfect beans to discard before grinding them and made and re-made the espresso several times to make sure they were satisfied with the flavors.
