Twenty years ago this month in December of 1999, I filed my first trademark applications in private practice (after working as an examiner at the USPTO) and set my intentions on changing the world of trademark law firms by making one that was more affordable – with flat fees, more approachable, and more efficient – with technology, while at the same time providing great client service.

Since 1999, a lot has changed. But a lot hasn’t, including my philosophy and core values.
