At the 2020 ABA-IPL Section Annual Meeting in April (details below), I’ll be speaking with a great panel on the Impact of Recent US Trademark Office Changes. This is an important and timely topic given the recent and forthcoming USPTO changes such as the counsel rule for foreign applications, new specimen rules, new electronic filing and domicile rules, and more.  The conference as a whole features many topics and panels over three days, as well as networking and other events.
