- Adapting to changing environment, such as online delivery, or streamlined operations
- Ensure proper trademark and intellectual property protection, to minimize risks and exposure
- Put customers and employees ahead of revenue, ensuring their trust will maximize opportunity
- Stay true to core values, which should never waiver
- Plan to grow and launch when crisis ends, as those prepared will take off quicker
