A skilled researcher, writer, and communicator, Olivia guides clients through trademark prosecution and copyright application processes and regularly handles trademark litigation matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Never one to shy away from the hard work required to ensure that clients’ IP portfolios are protected, Olivia seeks to ensure every option and avenue has been considered for each of her client’s matters.

Olivia’s diversified workload has grown along with the firm’s expansion, and she regularly draws on her background as a former teacher of economics and business marketing when working with clients on their business plans.

A graduate of the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, Olivia served as the Student Bar Association President and Events Coordinator, Managing Editor of the George Mason Law Review, and was a member of Moot Court and the Intellectual Property Law Society.

As the spouse of a Marine Corps Judge Advocate, Olivia greatly values working with veterans of all branches on their trademark matters.
