Chelsea Kaminski
Associate Attorney
Chelsea is one of our clients’ first lines of defense against trademark infringement, as she regularly
monitors new applications and registrations to ensure nothing encroaches too closely on client brands.
When she finds something worth pursuing, Chelsea draws on her supportive spirit to counsel clients on her findings and build strategies to protect their brands. In addition to this important work, Chelsea regularly drafts trademark applications and office action responses, and works on Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings.
A dedicated lifelong learner, she enjoys attending conferences to grow her trademark expertise. A
graduate of the American University Washington College of Law, Chelsea also worked as a Student-Attorney in the Glushko-Samuelson IP Law Clinic.
Chelsea is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia. Law practice limited to federal trademark matters.
