Recent USPTO filings show that once again the world of trademarks mirrors popular culture. As Colorado and Washington states have recently implemented the legalization of some marijuana, filings related on the subject have increased markedly. And as cold weather has affected much of the US over this winter, several Polar Vortex trademark applications have been filed.
