As the recent registrant of the ERIK PELTON® trademark, our firm recently received yet another new solicitation offering unclear services at an exorbitant price. See below received from Novislink Limited. The solicitation really does not even say what the money is specifically for, nor does it state the terms of the transaction. It does provide bank wire payment information.
Trademark owners and registrants beware — Novislink may be a scam. They solicitation fails to reveal the details of their offer. And it looks like an invoice, rather than a brochure or marketing materials. I hope the USPTO and FTC will investigate.
